Pretty Cakes

I was watching Top Chef Just Desserts and in one of their quickfire challenges, they introduced a cake artist by the name of Shinmin Li to be one of the judge along side Gail Simmons. In the challenge the contestants had to create a bouquet of flowers made by only edible materials. You can see that Shinmin Li was a very tough judge. Curious about her, i googled about Shinmin Li and found out that her work is absolutely amazinggg! She does not only decorate wedding cakes but all sorts of other fancy items.
