If there's one month to feel peaceful.

It will be Ramadhan.

How blissful.
I absolutely love the atmosphere of Ramadhan. Although yes, Yogya lacks a lot of the usual Ramadhan highlights, those you can only find at home; once the clock strikes 5.46pm, the same ol' feeling of joy hit right at the heart's core.

Not because it's time to break the fast. Not because of the delicious food served before us.

But indeed, because all of us will be there.
Together, praising the power of hardwill and the Greatness of Allah swt.

And there's Tarawikh. The post maghrib prayers walk to the nearby mosque, clad in simple, white telekungs. And the joy and feeling upon finishing the prayers, it's unbeatable. You feel somewhat refreshed, and ready to face more days ahead, though how challenging and stressful it may be.

I just LOVE Ramadhan.

Happy fasting my beloved friends and family. :)
